Mercy Ordonez started beadwork in elementary school. Now 15 years old, she enjoys combining and contrasting the colors. She is a Blaan from Tmurok, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur.

Mrs. Uwek is a Tinalak weaver and she has been doing this since she was 14 years old. Her paretns trined her to do the weaving and Abacca, Thread and Kinalum is her medium or the materials that she is using for weaving.

Merly 25 from Daraghuyan community, a sub group of the Bukidnon tribe of Dalwangan, Bukidnon Province. She was starting creating art since she was in high school. She was also taught by artists Waway Saway. Most of his art is Soil Painting. She loves nature so much that’s why most of her piece is landscape or sea scape. She also wants to share her talent to others who are interested in painting.

Mervelyn is T'boli of Kiamba in Saranggani Province. She has been doing artworks since she was in grade 4. Her favorite artists are Juan Luna and Fernando Amorsolo. She likes drawing and painting, she also know how to do weaving. She likes to be known as a respectable artist.

Mia is 15 year old an Ati from Guimaras, she started creating artwork at the age of 13, she learned it from school in one of their subject called MAPE (Music, Art, Physical Education). She uses latex for her paintings. She hope to learn more techniques and style and to improve and tom develop her skills.

Mica is 8 years old, and a Tausug, she's using water color as her medium

A seventeen year old Micah is from Tuguegarao Cagayan. He has been practicing art for about 6 years now. He read a lot for art books and was influence by his uncle in creating art. He use acrylic paint and mixed media, while he likes abstract as his style. Kalinawa Art Exhibition in Tuguegarao is his first time to join as participant.

Mica is 15 years old and a student from Tuguegarao City. She has been practicing art since 6th grade. She was taught or inpluence by her father and now she loves to draw and practice more. Her favorite artist is Wilson Blickford. She prepared to do a knife painting so her work will be unique or different to anybody else.

Michael is from Bukidnon, Mindanao. He started art since 1988 and he was influenced by his father. His curiosity in art became a hobby at first now it became his passion. His favorite artist is Michael Angelo, he wants to become famous so others or people will acknowledge his works.

Michael Christ is a 12 year old from the Tausug group. At the age of 10, Michael Christ began doing art particularly mosaic using felt paper, poster board, colored paper, seeds, oil pastel and watercolor.

Michael is 22 years old from Tuguegarao, Cagayan Province. He is a self taught artist. Michael’s artworks play around a parallel dream world in where everything is floating surreal and dancing in a contained universe inspired by poetry. His technical depictions are often varying in display and style, as if he himself is never contented with the present stature of his works. They are constantly evolving in both idea and form, gradually maturing together with the artist himself. Scaling this balance, narrating a massively deep philosophy of thought through a theatrical rendition of intensely brilliant colors that seem to amuse its audience and present a status of intellectual complacency.

Michael James is a 14 year old student of the Zamboanga del Norte National High School and is a member of the special Program for the Arts of the same school. He started doing art when he was in Grade I and has been supported by his parents in developing his love for the art. He believes being imaginative and keeping a happy attitude make his work clean and beautiful. He will continue developing his skill and become a real good artist.

27 years old Michael has been practicing art since grade school. He joins in several contest called guhit bulilit. No body teaches him but his self alone to create art work. Abueva a sculpture is his inspiration. Traditional is his style in creating art. He wish to have a high knowledge in the world of art, especially in sculpture. He also adore and he was inspired by the work of other artists.

Michael is from the Bukidnon and has been doing art since 1997. He was influenced by his teacher and friends. He uses wood, and mixed media as his medium of style. He wishes to encourage and educate the people in appreciating art.

Michelle is 17 year old from Dipolog City, Zamboanga , she work mainly with graphite drawing pencils, as well as acrylic and oil paint, but I also work with firm pastels, oil pastels, firm charcoal sticks, watercolor pencils, and colored pencils. She can't say that she have a particular style or subject matter that I can identify myself being a complete part of.

Michelle is 15 years old from Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte, Mindanao. She wants to share her skills and talent to everyone who is interested to learn art. Her mother is her inspiration.

Mickelle began doing art since he was in the elementary. Like any painter, he wants to be famous, however, he knows that there is still a lot to learn about art.

Laurence is 17 year old, and his been doing his art since his elementary days. He started creating art to show his expression thru art. his medium of art is acrylic, oil and canvas. abstract painting and mixed media is his
style.

Mike has joined about twenty-five exhibits around Manila, Bacolod and Laoag. He has a varied clientele. In Laoag, art-loving politicians and doctors are his usual patrons. He admires Pablo Picasso, French artist Paul Cézzane, and art star Jean-Michel Basquiat. Among Filipino painters, other than Filipino National Artist (Visual Arts) BenCab, he looks up to painter-art teacher Fernando “Nanding” B. Sena, known for nude and stills. Among Mike’s art collection is a nude painting by no less than the master himself.

Mikhail is a 12 years old yakan who has been making bracelets out of shoelace. Art appreciation has been taught him by his cousins. He is also intersted in painting.
